A new UpdraftPlus release has been made for our paying users (the most important changes only relate to paid features).

This release is particularly important for anyone using SFTP as their remote storage (not to be confused with ordinary FTP, or even FTPS (i.e. encrypted FTP) – these are separate protocols); a bug was discovered that could cause corruption in uploads that were not able to complete in a single attempt. Beyond that, there is now support for Amazon S3’s ‘infrequent access’ storage class, plus a number of other minor tweaks and improvements. As ever, it is a recommended update for all!
